Hello campers! The basics of our new Rental Units Guide is complete. I will continue to add more photos and virtual tours as time goes by to assist you with choosing the right unit for you. All rates are based on a family of 5 persons at time of check-in. Additional persons: $8.00 per person per night, regardless of the amount of people that the unit can sleep. Children 2 and younger are "free".

RENTAL CAMPER RULES & GUIDELINES

ONE NIGHT'S DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to reserve any rental unit.
- 2 night minimum to reserve on weekends.
FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (holiday minimums listed below) AND ON ALL RENTAL UNITS ANYTIME, WE REQUIRE THAT CANCELLATION NOTICE BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL in order to be eligible for a Land-O-Pines credit, transfer, or raincheck.
- Credit or raincheck valid up to 1 year from issue date.
- Accept a Land-O-Pines credit or raincheck? PAY NO CANCELLATION FEE!
- Request a refund? PAY A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE!
- Late cancellation or no show! NO REFUND!

A $50.00 DAMAGE & CLEANING DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTAL UNITS.
- Refundable within 14 days of check-out, providing the rental unit is left as found.
A $5.00 KEY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTAL UNITS.
- Refundable when key is turned in by 6:00pm which is our check-out time, but if renter is still in rental or park after 6:00pm the key deposit will be forfeited.
NO LINENS OF ANY KIND ARE PROVIDED.
- Be sure to bring enough pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and any other linens you may need for everyone!
ALL COOKWARE, UTENSILS, & A COFFEE POT ARE PROVIDED IN ALL RENTAL UNITS.
- PLEASE DO NOT SWAP BETWEEN UNITS.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.
- $25.00 cleaning fee in event.
DO NOT REMOVE CUSHIONS OR MATTRESSES TO USE OUTDOORS.
- Must remain inside of unit at all times.
CHECK IN TIME 12:00 NOON * CHECK-OUT TIME 6:00PM.
NO DISCOUNTS OF ANY KIND APPLY ON RENTAL UNITS.
RATES BASED ON FAMILY OF 5 PERSONS AT TIME OF CHECK-IN.
- EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IS $8.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
- Children 2 years old and younger are "free."
NO AFTER HOURS CHECK-INS.
BBQ GRILL & FIRE RING ON SITE.
T.V. WITH CABLE AVAILABLE IN ALL RENTAL UNITS.
